FXS:rg 0'~17/95 (041/40) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 7/24/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12552 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> ACOUSTIC WALL TREATMENT SUBCONTRACT FOR THE CITY HALL <br /> PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Acoustic Wall Treatment <br />Subcontract for the City Hall Project, Redwood City, California, <br />have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract <br />Documents for Che Acoustic Wall Treatment Subcontract for the <br />City Hall - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the <br />Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br />of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
