<br />02/11/2008 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />That the real property located within the Area H Precise Plan Area, Redwood <br />City, California, identified by Assessor's Parcel No. 095-460-180, is hereby <br />rezoned from the existing TP (Tidal Plain) Zoning District to the P (Planned <br />Community) Zoning District, as shown on the maps entitled "Existing Zoning" and <br />"Proposed Zoning" that are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
