FXS:rg 07/17/95 (035/40) <br /> '~ 0 R I G I N A L -7/24/95 <br /> <br /> R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 12546 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> FINISH CARPENTRY SUBCONTRACT FOR THE CITY HALL PROJECT; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Finish Carpentry <br />Subcontract for the City Hall Project, Redwood City, California, <br />have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract <br />Documents for the Finish Carpentry Subcontract for the City Hall <br />- City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department <br />of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
