<br />PUBLIC ADVISORY: THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS WILL NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Attendees

<br />meeting will be recorded for future viewing/listening and can be accessed via
<br />www.redwoodcitV.org following the meeting.
<br />Members of the public may provide comments on items related to the agenda, subject to a 3 -
<br />minute time limit unless otherwise determined by the Mayo, via the following methods:
