All other provisions of the Agreement will remain unchanged, and in full <br />force and effect. Any conflicts between this Amendment No. 3 and the original Agreement, <br />including any prior executed amendments, shall be superseded by the terms provided <br />herein. <br />5. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant to <br />the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. <br />6.
