<br />Limited Warranty
<br />WARRANTED PRCDUCTS',
<br />Line Bodies, Flatbeds, Service Bodies, Crane Bodies, Chipper Bodies, Boxes, Racks, and Replacement Parts.
<br />I. ITEMS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY FOR SIX YEARS AND UNLIMITED MILEAGE
<br />a. Rust—Through Warranty (Perforation)
<br />i. The original owner will be warranted for the following duration:
<br />ii. Galvanneal body components
<br />b. Door Components I Shelves
<br />1. Door hinges will not fail, break, or seize.
<br />2. Door latches and lock cylinders will not fail, break, or seize.
<br />3. All compartment shelves will not bend or break when loaded to 250 Ids, or less.
<br />It. ITEMS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY FOR TEN YEARS AND UNLIMITED MILEAGE
<br />a. Rust—Through Warranty (Perforation)
<br />i. Stainless steel body components,
<br />ii. Aluminum body components.
<br />Ill. ITEMS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY FOR FOUR YEARS OR 48,000 Miles, Whichever Occurs First
<br />a. Workmanship
<br />i. The original owner will be warranted for defects in workmanship.
<br />b. Materials
<br />L The original owner will be warranted for all defects in material
<br />IV. ELIGIBILITY
<br />a. Dakota Bodies, Inc. warranty shall only apply to products listed herein and shipped from our factory after September 1, 2099.
<br />b. The warranty period begins at the date of shipment from our factory in Watertown, S.D.
<br />C. All products listed herein must be properly installed, mairialned, and serviced during the duration of the warranty coverage.
<br />d. This warranty is not transferable beyond the original owner of the product.
<br />V. EXCLUSIONS
<br />a. Components or Accessories installed on or within a Dakota Bodies, Inc. product that are not listed herein and were not manufactured by Dakota Bodies, Inc. are
<br />warranted through Dakota Bodies, Inc. for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty of the specific product.
<br />b. Dakota Bodies, Inc. will not be liable for any labor casts associated with removal or reinstallation of any defective product to or from a chassis, transportation of
<br />such chassis, rental reimbursement, loss of use, storage, or down time reimbursement.
<br />C. Components, parts, installation, modifications, wiring, finish painting, and decals, installed by up -fitters to Dakota Bodes, Inc. products, are not warranted by
<br />Dakota Bodies, Inc.
<br />d. Any damage to finish coatings or substrate materials caused by the hauling, transportation, or use of corrosive materials is not warranted by Dakota Bodies, Inc.
<br />e. Product(s) purchased with a Prime Paint coating from our factory and finish painted by an up -fitter or end user are not warranted for primer or finish paint
<br />adhesion or de -lamination, by Dakota Bodies, Inc.
<br />f. Product(s) purchased or used outside of the USA or Canada, are not warranted by Dakota Bodies, Inc.
<br />g. Product(s) damaged due to misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration, are not warranted by Dakota Bodies, Inc.
<br />h. Paint and decals that are required fallowing warranted repairs, after 1 year from the beginning of the warranty, are not warranted by Dakota Bodies, Inc.
<br />i. Fatigue or stress cracking of any weld within the body structure caused by the improper mounting, overloading, or off-road driving of the unit shall not be
<br />warranted by Dakota Bodies, Inc.
<br />j. Dakota Bodies, Inc. reserves the right to inspect products in which warranty claims are filed for, and determine the best solution to handle said claims, including
<br />the replacement or repair of the warranted part.
<br />VI. WARRANTY CLAIMS
<br />a. All warranty claims shall be handled by conlacting Dakota Bodies, Inc. directly in writing. The body number, date of purchase, as well as a detailed description of
<br />the defect, and any photographs available. Claimed warranty work must be authorized by Dakota Bodies, Inc. before any repair work is performed.

<br />a. Dakota Bodies, Inc. warrants its products as applied herein this warranty. Dakota Bodies, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied,.
<br />including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. Dakota Bodies, Inc. shall not be liable to the purchaser or any third party for any
<br />direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damage or lass.
<br />b. This limited warranty details and gives the purchaser specific legal rights. The purchaser may also have other non -implied legal rights based upon the state in
<br />which the product is registered. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration an implied warranty lasts, or exclusions or limitations of incidental or
<br />consequential damages, so the above exclusions and disclaimers may not apply to you. Please check with your state government regarding local warranty laws
<br />and rights.
<br />If any product is misused, modified, improperly installed, tampered: with, or damaged due to neglect, the afore mentioned warranty, in its entirely, shall became
<br />null and void.
