Establishing a two year Safe RV Parking Program including: <br />a. Implementing an on -street RV Parking Permit Program <br />b. Standing up an off-street RV Safe Parking Facility <br />c. Continuing mitigation strategies related to RV residency on -street parking impacts <br />2. Adopting Parking Ordinance Amendments including: <br />a. Prohibiting overnight RV parking on City streets <br />b. Establishing a two-hour parking limitation for all vehicles on Oddstad Street between 9:00 a.m. <br />and 6:00 p.m. <br />c. Repealing an existing ban on using vehicles as sleeping or living quarters <br />3.
