BACKGROUND <br />• 2019 One Day Count reported a <br />127% increase in people living in <br />RVs compared to 2017 Count. <br />• People living in vehicles (including <br />RVs not connected to utilities) are <br />considered to be experiencing <br />homelessness. <br />• San Mateo County wants to learn <br />more about how to better connect <br />to households living in RVs and <br />engage them in services. <br />
