FXS:rg 07'17/95 (030/40) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 7/24/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12541 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> SHEET METAL GUTTERS AND ROOF SPECIALTIES SUBCONTRACT <br /> FOR THE CITY HALL PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Sheet Metal Gutters and <br />Roof Specialties Subcontract for the City Hall Project, Redwood <br />City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract <br />Documents for the Sheet Metal Gutters and Roof Specialties <br />Subcontract for the City Hall - City of Redwood City, <br />California", prepared by the Department of Community Development, <br />Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
