By motion of the City Council, direct staff to develop revisions to the Fiscal Year 2020- <br />21 Budget for City Council consideration in October 2020, in accordance with the <br />recommended framework; <br />4. By motion of the City Council, endorse Obama Foundation Mayor's Pledge to review <br />Police Department policies and make reforms if needed after getting feedback from the <br />community; and <br />5.
