6.A. - Page 4 of 22 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES — <br />PARKING CITATION PROCESSING AND ADJUDICATION <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AND TURBO DATA SYSTEMS, INC. <br />THIS AMENDMENT to the existing Agreement, originally entered into May 28, 2015, is made and entered <br />into this _ day of , 2020, by and between THE CITY OFREDWOOD CITY, a charter city <br />and municipal corporation, hereinafter called "CITY", and TURBO DATA SYSTEMS, INC., a California <br />corporation, hereinafter called "CONTRACTOR". <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, on May 28, 2015 the parties entered into an Agreement for the provision of citation processing <br />and adjudication of parking citations, for a term commencing July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the CITY and CONTRACTOR desire to do the following: <br />1. Extend the AGREEMENT term for an additional one (1) year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. <br />2. All other Terms and Conditions to remain the same. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to amend the AGREEMENT as follows; <br />SECTION 1. Section 4 of the AGREEMENT, entitled 'TERM" shall be amended to read as follows: <br />3. TERM. Subject to compliance with all terms and conditions, the term of this agreement shall be <br />from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2021. <br />SECTION 2.
