Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve the Master Software and Services Agreement with <br />ImageTrend, Inc. and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement for <br />an amount not to exceed $137,772 for the purchase and implementation of a <br />records management system. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.F. First Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br />the Redwood City School District for Increase of Funding <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute <br />the First Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br />the Redwood City School District for Increase of Funding in an amount not to <br />exceed one hundred twenty seven thousand six hundred ninety five dollars <br />($127,695) for a total amount not to exceed six hundred four thousand nine <br />hundred thirty dollars ($604,930); and <br />2.
