6.3C <br /> Page 12 <br /> ATTACHMENT 2 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESC}LUT[4N VACATING PUBLIC SERVtCE EASEMENTS AT <br /> 2300 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD (PARCEL A, PM 86-'i) IN THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY PURSUANT TO SECTtON 8333 OF THE <br /> CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS C�DE <br /> WHEREAS, the owner of 2300 Middlefield Road (Parcel A, PM 86-1; the <br /> "Property"), Costco Wholesale Corporation, a Washington corporation, <br /> successor by merger to The Price Company, a certificate of articles af which <br /> merger was recorded in the Official Records of San Mateo County on April 1 Q, <br /> 2002, as Document No. 2002-069704, has requested that the City vacate <br /> several pub[ic service easements on the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the pubfic service easements proposed to be vaca#ed are as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. 10 foot wide storm drain easement (see Exhibi# "A"); <br /> 2. 15 foot wide water fine easement (see Exhibit "B"); <br /> 3. Portions of a 9 foot wide sanitary sewer easement (see Exhibit "C"}; <br /> and <br /> 4. Portions of a 5 foot wide wire clearance easement (see Exhibit "C"); <br /> and <br /> 5. 36 foot wide maintenance of overhead line {M.O.L.) easement (see <br /> Exhibit "C'); and <br /> 6.
