Adopt a Resolution approving the Peninsula Park Precise Plan, including the <br /> suggested revisions to the Precise Plan, and Adopting the Peninsula Park Precise <br /> Plan Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Checklist (MMRP) and Making the MMRP a <br /> part of this Precise Plan in order to mitigate or avoid significant environmental <br /> effects. <br /> Assistant City Attorney Aranda read the following clean up language to the <br /> resolution: section 2, page 2 should state "the draft Peninsula Park Precise Plan <br /> dated October 2007" and delete the first parenthesis of Precise Plan. Attachment 7A <br /> entitled "Suggested Edits to the October 2007 draft Peninsula Park Precise Plan" <br /> presented to Council at the December 17, 2007 meeting were filed and made <br /> available at the office of the City Clerk and (collectively the Precise Plan) are found to <br /> be in conformance with the goals and objectives of the article 52 of the Zoning Code <br /> of the City of Redwood City. <br /> Senior Planner Lyon read the changes for edit # 14 as follows: on page 63, would <br /> add a section entitled "Adjacency to Industrial Land Uses." The statement would <br /> read as follows: "The project sponsor has reached an agreement with the Seaport <br /> Industrial Association (SIA) to provide real estate disclosure requirements for the <br /> transfer of all real property within the Precise Plan area." <br /> RESOLUTION 14830 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> ADOPTING THE PENINSULA PARK PRECISE PLAN <br /> The motion passed by unanimous roll call vote by those present. <br /> M/S Howard/Bain to: <br /> 4.
