Formore, see Page 2. <br /> .................................... <br /> THE LEAGUE WELCOMES CALIFORNIA'S NEWEST CITY—WILDOMAR <br /> With Tuesday's election in Riverside County, California will soon have 479 cities. Wildomar, a <br /> community of about 29,000 residents, will be the first city to incorporate in the county since <br /> Murrieta in 1991. It wili officially become a city July 1. <br />
