Created in 2005, DHS has administered $22.7 billion in federal grants so far to <br /> states, territories, urban areas and transportation authorities. <br /> ln conjunction with the grant announcement, DHS also released grant application guidelines fo <br /> give applicants more time apply for funding to allow for a more ef�icient process that wi[I expedite <br /> the uitimate implementation of grant programs. <br /> Application Deadlines <br /> fnfrastrucEure Protecfion Pragram (IPP) applications are due March 17.
