Grantor's property to com�nence any work in connection with the <br /> easement ("Worlc") and shall coordinate with Grantor the dates of the VJork. Grantee <br /> shall exereise its rights in connection wi.th this easement so as to i�n.inimize interference <br /> with Grantor's use and enjoyment of its property and with Grantor's business operations. <br /> Immediately after the completion of any Work, Grantee shall remove all debris and <br /> restore Grantor's property to the condition in wh.ich it was prior to the cammencement of <br /> the Work. <br /> 1 <br />
