CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS <br />Property: Property Commonly Referred to as 1580 and 1402 <br />Maple Street; APNS: 052-532-010 and 052-392- <br />170 <br />Agency Negotiator: Melissa Stevenson Diaz; City Manager <br />Alex Khojikian, Assistant City Manager <br />Negotiating Parties: County of San Mateo Representatives: <br />Mike Callagy, County Manager <br />Don Grady, Real Property Manager <br />Under Negotiation: Terms for Land Exchange <br />Closed session regarding real property negotiations pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54956.8: <br />Gov't Code § 54956.8: "...a legislative body of a local agency may hold a closed session <br />with its negotiator prior to the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of real property by or for <br />the local agency to grant authority to its negotiator regarding the price and terms of <br />payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease." <br />2.
