The Assistant City Clerk read public comment received via email into the record <br />from the following member of the public: <br />• Roland Lebrun <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of <br />Understanding (MOU) with partner transit agencies for completion of technical <br />studies and planning work supporting the creation of the Transit District as well <br />as coordination regarding the Dumbarton Rail Corridor Project, Redwood City <br />Station Visioning and Concept Planning, Whipple Avenue Grade Separation <br />Study, and Reimagine SamTrans, and further authorize the City Manager to <br />execute MOU amendments within the scope of this authorization. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Hale, to authorize the City Manager to <br />execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with partner transit <br />agencies for completion of technical studies and planning work supporting the <br />creation of the Transit District as well as coordination regarding the <br />Dumbarton Rail Corridor Project, Redwood City Station Visioning and Concept <br />Planning, Whipple Avenue Grade Separation Study, and Reimagine SamTrans, <br />and further authorize the City Manager to execute MOU amendments within <br />the scope of this authorization. <br />8.113.
