Approval of easement limiting construction on a portion of the property <br />located at 860 Charter Street (606) <br />Recommendation: <br />MO 20-093 <br />By motion, approve an easement agreement with Tranente One LLC limiting <br />construction on a portion of the property located at 860 Charter Street, and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.E. Broadway Plaza "Bay Block" —Parcel Map and associated agreements for the <br />development at 2111 Bay Road by SI XX, LLC. (304) MO 20-094 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve the Parcel Map for 2111 Bay Road, related to the <br />development of a CVS; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />Improvement Agreement with SI XX, LLC; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape <br />Maintenance Agreement with SI XX, LLC; and <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with SI XX, LLC. <br />CEQA: <br />Project consistent with Previous EIR <br />6.F. Onetime credit for sewer and water customers (501) Reso (0036) 15857 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution appropriating $600,000 from the Water Fund to fund a three <br />percent utility bill credit for all Redwood City water utility account holders billed <br />from July through October 2020 and appropriating $360,000 from the Sewer <br />Fund to fund a three percent utility bill credit for all Redwood City sewer utility <br />account holders billed from July through October 2020 in response to the <br />COVID-19 pandemic. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.G.
