Motion and second, Borgens and Hale, to provide direction to staff on <br />proposed staff and Safe Parking Ad Hoc Committee recommendations <br />regarding: <br />1. Establishing a two year Safe RV Parking Program including: <br />a. Implementing an on -street RV Parking Permit Program <br />b. Standing up an off-street RV Safe Parking Facility <br />c. Continuing mitigation strategies related to RV residency on -street <br />parking impacts <br />2. Adopting Parking Ordinance amendments including: <br />a. Prohibiting overnight RV parking on City streets <br />b. Establishing a two-hour parking limitation for all vehicles on <br />Oddstad Street between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. <br />c. Repealing an existing ban on using vehicles as sleeping or living <br />quarters <br />3. Project timeline and budget <br />The motion passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />Recommendation: <br />Provide direction to staff on proposed staff and Safe Parking Ad Hoc Committee <br />recommendations regarding: <br />1.
