The Council of the City of Redwood City approves the amendment to <br />member term expiration date as outlined in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br />2. This resolution supersedes Resolution No. 15751, adopted April 22, 2019. <br />3.
