The amount claimed by <br />the claimant exceeds that limit and therefore its settlement must be approved by the City Council. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The claimant, Mr. Andrew Stulbarg, submitted a claim for property damage due to a sanitary sewer <br />overflow in his home on February 9, 2020. The parties reached a tentative settlement, subject to City <br />Council approval, of $64,500.
