Purchase Agreement between the State of California and the City of Redwood <br />City for the National Guard Armory property located at Red Morton Park <br />(304) Res (0064) 15867 and (501) Res (0063) 15868 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving the Purchase Agreement for the National Guard <br />Armory located at Red Morton Park and authorizing the City Manager to <br />execute all necessary documents to effectuate the acquisition; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving an appropriation in the amount of $4,391,000 <br />within the Redwood City Park Impact Fee Fund for the acquisition of the <br />National Guard Armory located at Red Morton Park. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Reddy and Masur, to extend the meeting to 12:45 a.m., <br />passes unanimously by voice vote. <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Reddy, to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving the Purchase Agreement for the National <br />Guard Armory located at Red Morton Park and authorizing the City Manager <br />to execute all necessary documents to effectuate the acquisition; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving an appropriation in the amount of $4,391,000 <br />within the Redwood City Park Impact Fee Fund for the acquisition of the <br />National Guard Armory located at Red Morton Park. <br />The motion passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />9. Adoption of two City Council policies related to governance and constituent <br />relations as recommended by the Governance Sub -Committee (205) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve two City Council policies: <br />1.
