Runs with the Land: Recordation. This Parking Covenant pertains to and shall run with the <br />Property. Upon execution, this Covenant shall be recorded in the Official Records of San Mateo <br />County. All of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Parking Covenant shall be binding on <br />and shall inure to the benefit of the Developer and its nominees, successors and assigns.
