<br />9. Interpretation and Presumption. This Agreement shall be interpreted in <br /> <br />accordance with California Law. It is the parties express intent that no presumption shall <br /> <br />arise from the identity of the drafter. <br /> <br />10. Attorneys Fees and Costs.
