Adopt Resolution Considering an Addendum, with the 1548 Maple Street <br />Project Final Environmental Impact Report, for the Development Activities <br />Associated with the Real Property Exchange Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and the County of San Mateo in Accordance with the <br />Requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; and <br />2. Adopt Resolution Approving the Real Property Exchange Agreement Between <br />the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo and Authorizing the City <br />Manager to Execute Documents Necessary to Effectuate the Land Exchange <br />Transaction. <br />CEQA: <br />Addendum to Existing Environmental Impact Report <br />Motion and second, Borgens and Masur, to extend the meeting to 11:30 p.m., <br />passes unanimously by voice vote. <br />Motion and second, Bain and Hale, to extend the meeting to 12:00 a.m. and <br />table any non -urgent items to the next meeting, passes unanimously by voice <br />vote. <br />Motion and second, Borgens and Hale, to extend the meeting to 12:30 a.m., <br />passes unanimously by voice vote. <br />Motion and second, Bain and Borgens, to direct staff to continue negotiating <br />for a more equitable land swap, explore a land lease option and engage in a <br />community process for longer term use of the site, passes unanimously by roll <br />call vote. <br />Page 9 of 11 <br />
