(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on July 27, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre and Borgens to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />standard form construction contract documents and award a contract for the Jefferson <br />Avenue and Cleveland Street, and Jefferson Avenue and Clinton Street Intersections <br />Safety Improvement Project to Gruendl Inc., DBA Ray's Electric of Oakland, California for <br />their responsible and responsive low bid of $733,178.00, and authorize the City Manager, <br />or their designee, to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the original <br />contract amount, for a not to exceed a total of $806,495.80. <br />M= passes 7 y roll II vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
