Exhibit "A" <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY <br />The land referred to is situated in the County of San Mateo, City of Redwood City, State of <br />California, and is described as follows: <br />Portion of Lots 19 and 20 in Block 8 as shown on that certain Map entitled "Belle Haven <br />Subdivision, San Mateo Co.
