Amazon,etc have retail covered even before covid, and <br />many will be permanently be working from home. What's needed is low and ultra low housing with studios <br />included that come with a Murphy bed with a good quality mattress included. Also 3bedrooms for families. No more <br />townhouse. One story only with 8' ceilings so we don't have to build so many buildings over 50'. Please <br />
