7.A. - Page 1 of 25 <br />/<�ik <br />Redwood <br />CitylCallifornia <br />Faunded 1867 <br />\:3aAW <br />DATE: August 10, 2020 <br />SUBJECT <br />iTAFF REPORT <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br />Study session for consideration of General Plan Amendment initiation requests for four separate housing <br />development projects, out of a total of 10 development projects, submitted as part of the Gatekeeper <br />process <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Hold a study session to consider the primarily residential projects requesting consideration of a General <br />Plan Amendment and provide feedback on the proposals. This is a Study Session and no formal action will <br />occur at this hearing. <br />The following projects request consideration of a General Plan amendment: <br />1. 1205-1295 Veterans & 1260 Oddstad <br />2. 651 EI Camino Real (American Legion) <br />a. Option 1 requires a Zoning Amendment <br />b.
