4.10.1 Assessor's Parcel Number <br />4.10.2 Street Address <br />4.10.3 Name and Address of Owner(s) of Record <br />4.10.4 Amount of the Assessment Levied <br />4.10.5 Proportionate Financial Obligation Imposed, compared to District <br />4.10.6 Assessment Calculations, including all variables used <br />RCIA agrees to maintain such information and make it available to property owners within <br />the District during regular business hours. <br />4.11 Annual Assessment Preparation. No later than June 1 of each operating year, RCIA shall <br />provide the City with Assessment data for the subsequent tax year (July 1 — June 30), in a <br />format prescribed by the City. The Assessment data shall include all of the information <br />required in "Assessment Records," as described in paragraph 4.10. <br />4.12 Liaison with Community. RCIA shall maintain on-going communication and coordination <br />with District property owners, residents and property owners, which shall include, but not <br />be limited to: <br />4.12.1 Quarterly Meetings. At its own cost and expense, RCIA shall organize and conduct, <br />at a minimum, quarterly meetings each year. In addition to the requirements set forth <br />in Government Code section 54950 et seq., written notice of the annual meeting shall <br />be mailed to all record owners of property in the District whose property is subject to <br />the levy of an Assessment. This meeting will be conducted at a location convenient <br />to the District. A City representative may attend as a member of the panel or as a <br />Board member of the RCIA to provide information and assistance. <br />4.12.2 Other Events. Such other events and activities involving the District members that <br />encourage attainment of the District goals and objectives. <br />4.12.3 RESERVED <br />4.12.4 Payment of Taxes. RCIA is responsible for paying, when due, all taxes, including <br />income taxes, if any, including estimated taxes, incurred as a result of activities <br />completed under this Agreement. On request, RCIA will provide the City with proof <br />of timely payment of any taxes. RCIA agrees to indemnify and defend the City with <br />counsel acceptable to the City for any claims, costs, losses, fees, penalties, interest or <br />damages suffered by City resulting from RCIA's failure to comply with this provision. <br />4.12.5 Payment of Expenses.
