EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />At the request of the City, the Consultant will provide the following services: <br />• Facilitate initial session with Coaching Clients to outline coaching process and begin <br />determining leadership development goals/focus areas for coaching. <br />• Coach two (2) one-hour sessions monthly for Principal and/or Senior Planners as a <br />team, individually or in combination over 6 consecutive months. <br />• Prepare for coaching sessions and provide materials as needed. <br />Fees and Billing <br />• $500 per hour <br />REV: 05-26-2020 RL <br />ATTY/AGR.2020.070/Joanne Bond Coaching, LLC (Page 11 of 11) <br />
