TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Task Order No. ("Task Order") is made and entered into by and between the <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br />California ("City"), and GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SERVICES, INC. an Alabama <br />Corporation] ("Consultant" or "GISinc."). <br />A. City and Consultant entered into an agreement for an as -needed advanced <br />geographic information systems consulting services ("Agreement"), by which the <br />Consultant agreed to perform services in accordance with Task Orders issued by the <br />City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE. This Task Order hereby incorporates by <br />reference all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. <br />2. SCOPE OF TASK ORDER. Consultant will perform the services described in Exhibit <br />A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in accordance with the terms <br />and conditions of the Agreement. For purposes of this Task Order, the City's Project <br />Manager will be Stephen De Jong, GIS Manager. <br />3. PAYMENT. For services performed by Consultant in accordance with this Task Order, <br />City will compensate Consultant in accordance with the terms and conditions of the <br />Agreement, in an amount not to exceed [write out amount in words] Dollars ($ ). <br />4. AUTHORITY.
