EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide Goat Grazing Services twenty-four (24) acres at Stulsaft Park (see <br />map below) upon direction of the City. There will be no grazing on protected serpentine <br />areas or in other areas as designated by the City. The completion of the grazing is <br />determined by at least 80% of palpable vegetation grazed upon, leaving a 24" ground <br />cover. Any additional grazing will be performed upon the discretion of Consultant. <br />Consultant will provide supervision and caretaking of the goats at all times they are <br />present in the park. <br />Consultant will be paid in two installments. Fifty percent (50%) of the fee will be paid on <br />arrival of the goats to the site and the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the fee will be paid <br />upon completion of the services. Payment will be made subsequent to City's receipt of <br />invoices as required by this Agreement. <br />Map of Work Area <br />Yellow Zones are the Work Area. <br />Red Zone is the Sensitive Habitat Area.
