Consultant shall write the Draft RRA. Progress updates shall be conducted with City staff <br />to discuss interim risk analysis results, consequence analysis, preliminary data reports, <br />and findings and recommendations as the Draft RRA is being developed. The Draft RRA <br />shall be transmitted securely to the City for review and comment. Meetings shall be <br />conducted to present the Draft RRA and review comments. <br />1.4—Final RRA <br />Consultant shall prepare written responses to all reviewer comments on draft deliverables <br />and shall not incorporate these responses into the next iteration unless the City has <br />indicated that the responses are acceptable and appropriately addresses the review <br />comments. <br />► Deliverables: Draft RRA; Review Meeting and Presentation; Response to <br />Comments; Final RRA. <br />TASK 2: EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN (ERP) <br />2.1 — Data Review <br />Following completion of the RRA, Consultant shall update the City's Water System <br />Emergency Response Plan (ERP) such that the City is able to submit the ERP per the <br />reporting requirements of AWIA. The update will be in accord with AWIA guidelines and <br />the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water (DDW), Emergency <br />Response Plan guidance documents dated February 2018 or later. <br />Results from the RAMCAP workshop conducted during the development of the RRA shall <br />carry over into the ERP and be used for developing the Net Benefit Analysis of the risk <br />mitigation measures. <br />2.2 — Draft ERP <br />The ERP update shall include but will not be limited to: <br />Strategies and resources to improve the resilience of the system, including the physical <br />security and cybersecurity of the system. <br />Plans and procedures that can be implemented, and identification of equipment that can be <br />utilized, in the event of a malevolent act or natural hazard that threatens the ability of the <br />community water system to deliver safe drinking water. <br />Actions, procedures and equipment which can obviate or significantly lessen the impact <br />of a malevolent act or natural hazard on the public health and the safety and supply of <br />drinking water provided to communities and <br />REV: 06-04-2020 MI <br />ATTYIAGR.2020.088/AARC Consultants, LLC (Page 17 of 20) <br />
