EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE I. Scope of Services Contractor shall provide tree pruning, tree planting, tree removal, stump removal, emergency tree response, crew and equipment rental, small tree care, and a full-time tree crew as requested and directed by the City.
