(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on June 8, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre and Hale to approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract for the Redwood Creek Revetment <br />Project at Bradford Street to Brannon Corporation of Morgan Hill for their responsive and <br />responsible bid of $213,446 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
