be submitted within sixty (60) days after the expiration of the grant period and must <br />account for the expenditure of all grant funds. <br />Important Dates Grant Award <br />Commencement of Grant Period: July 1, 2020 $51,000.00 <br />Interim Report & Financial <br />Report due: January 8, 2021 <br />Expiration of Grant Period: June 30, 2021 <br />End of Year Final Report & <br />Financial Statement due: August 30, 2021 <br />Reports must be submitted to the Grants Manager by the above due dates. <br />(4) Books and records of the expenditures of the grant funds will be made available to the <br />Foundation for inspection and copying at all reasonable times. <br />(5) The grant proceeds will not be used for any of the following purposes:. <br />a. To carry out propaganda or otherwise attempt to influence legislation; <br />b. To influence the outcome of any specific election or to carry on, directly or <br />indirectly, any voter registration drives; <br />c.
