This appointment shall not affect the conduct of the municipal election <br />in other districts of the City of Redwood City to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. <br />SECTION 3. The person appointed shall qualify and take office and serve exactly <br />as if elected at the municipal election for the office. <br />SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this <br />resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions. <br />SECTION 5.
