EXHIBIT "C" <br />Pervious Paving & Green Roof System Maintenance Plan for <br />919 Woodside Road, Redwood City, CA <br />PERVIOUS PAVING <br />October 34, 2019 <br />Project Address and Cross Streets 910 Woodside Road(Near Union Ave. & Kentheld Ave.) <br />Assessor's Parcel No.: 059-072-430 & 440 <br />Property Owner_ Valera Fooksman Phone No.: <br />Designated Contact: Phone No.: <br />Mailing Address°_-- <br />The term "pervious paving" encompasses a range of paved stormwater treatment <br />practices, including pervious concrete or porous asphalt, as well as paving atones with <br />permeable joints (°permeable joint pavers'), paving stones or pavers that are permeable <br />themselves, and turf blocks, These different types of pervious paving facilities all <br />accomplish a similar function by allowing infiltration of stormwater. <br />The property contains 9 area of pervious paving, located as described below and as <br />shown in the attached site pian'. <br />• Pervious Paving Facility No. i is a located along the rear and two side property lines. <br />1. Routine Maintenance Activities <br />Routine maintenance activities for pervious paving facilities, and the frequency at which <br />they will be conducted, are shown in Table 1- Note that there is some variation in <br />maintenance requirements depending on the type of pavement. For example, vacuum <br />sweeping is generally required for pervious pavement, but is prohibited for permeable joint <br />pavers that use sand in the joints between pavers. <br />In addition to, or in support of, any routine maintenance activities identified here, pervious <br />paving products should be maintained in accordance with any manufacturer's instructions. <br />Mare applicable, manufacturer's instructionslmaintenance guidelines for pervious paving <br />products should be included as an attachment to this plan. <br />Table 1 <br />Routine Mainisnance Activities for Pervious Paving <br />Frequency arTask <br />No. Maintenance Task <br />1 Ctieck for sediment and debris accumulation.
