This ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA) as set forth in Section 15301, ("Existing Facilities"), as it involves operation <br />of an existing street and minor changes to existing parking signage with no expansion of <br />use. <br />Section 4. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with <br />applicable law. <br />Section 5.
