Second Prize: <br />��-- Kira Koan <br />wanted my artwork to have parts of the <br />city that everyone in the community would <br />recognize as well as the trees our city was <br />named for, and houses to represent the <br />people in our community. The image of our <br />city is held together by hands that <br />s represent our city because the people in <br />our city is what holds Redwood City <br />together. They are holding hands in the <br />shape of a heart because the people of our <br />STRONG-1-OGETHER city are it's beating heart." <br />Kira Koan <br />
