I live at Docktown on Redwood Creek. I would like to inquire as to <br />the City of Redwood City's emergency preparedness plan and in particular evacuation plans <br />that due to the local fires may include evacuations via the water. Who on Council and on <br />staff is working with the Water Emergency Transportation Authority (WETA), the California <br />Office of Emergency Services resource tasked with coordinating the water transit response <br />to regional emergencies. <br />I strongly urge the council to review the City's emergency preparedness plan during the <br />next Council meeting so as to update, inform and remind residents of the processes and <br />systems in place. <br />Sincerely, <br />Tania Sole <br />Docktown <br />1-415-987-3283 <br />
