ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12520 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR <br /> FISCAL YEAR 1995-96 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII B of the Constitution of the Sate of California places various <br />limitations on the City's powers of appropriation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Division 9 of the Government Code (commencing with Section 7900) <br />provides for the implementation of Article XIII B by various procedures, including the <br />requirement that each local jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations limit for <br />the following year; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> The Council does hereby establish as the appropriations limit for Fiscal Year 1995-96, <br />the amount shown on Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
