The existing floors have worn out over <br />the 8 years of occupancy since the building opened in 2012. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Cedar Street Apartments will serve 14 Redwood City persons. <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
