Create Economic Development opportunities including <br />training/re-training, job development/creation, small business <br />lending and cleanup/remediation of contaminated sites and market <br />employment opportunities to local residents that create job skills <br />and create/retain employment: <br />ED -3: Encourage small business growth. <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />MHA will replace the flooring in 14 units at Cedar Street Apartments, a <br />permanent supportive housing project. The existing floors have worn out over <br />the 8 years of occupancy since the building opened in 2012. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Cedar Street Apartments will serve 14 Redwood City persons. <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
