Subrecipient will include a statement that it is an equal opportunity employer in all solicitations or advertisements for subcontractors or employees. 24. CONFLICT OF INTEREST. Subrecipient will abide by the provisions of 24 CFR Section 570.611, which include (but are not limited to) the following: A. Subrecipient shall maintain a written code or standards of conduct that shall govern the performance of its officers, employees or agents engaged in the award and administration of contracts supported by Federal funds. B. No employee, officer or agent of Subrecipient shall participate in the selection, or in the award, or administration of, a contract supported by Federal funds if a conflict of interest, real or apparent, would be involved. C. No covered persons who exercise any function or responsibility with respect to this Agreement or Subrecipient's Project during his or her tenure, or for one year thereafter, will have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or a related subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. For purposes of this paragraph, covered persons includes any person who is an employee, agent, consultant, officer, or elected or appointed official of the City or Subrecipient.
