6.C. - Page 1 of 8 <br />/<�ik <br />Redwood <br />CitylCallifornia <br />Faunded 1867 <br />A,&/ <br />DATE: September 14, 2020 <br />SUBJECT <br />STAFF REPORT <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br />Amendment No. 3 to the professional services agreement with Environmental Sciences Associates for <br />preparation of Environmental Impact Report for the Harbor View Project at 320-350 Blomquist Street, 19 <br />Seaport Boulevard and 15-30 Stein Am Court <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Professional <br />Services Agreement with Environmental Sciences Associates for additional scope and cost related to the <br />preparation of the Environmental Impact Report for the Harbor View project at 320-350 Blomquist Street, <br />19 Seaport Boulevard and 15-30 Stein Am Court, in the amount of $24,355, for a total aggregate amount <br />of $550,082. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Economic Vitality <br />BACKGROUND <br />On November 13, 2017, the City Council approved the Professional Services Agreement with <br />Environmental Sciences Associates (ESA) to conduct the analysis and documentation of the Harbor View <br />Environmental Impact Report (EIR) pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the <br />Harbor View project.
