Emergency Proclamation. The terms of the September 1, 2020 Proclamation of the Director of Emergency <br />Services Allowing Outdoor Business Activity During the COVID-19 Emergency ("Emergency Proclamation") <br />are hereby incorporated by reference. <br />12. Special Provisions. Applicants must comply with the requirements of Exhibit A (Operational Standards) and <br />Exhibit B (General Terms and Conditions), attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br />13. Parking. Where Applicant has exclusive use of a Project Site that is a parking lot, Applicant shall ensure that <br />the Outdoor Activity does not generate adverse parking impacts on adjacent streets. <br />14. Requirements for Use of Private Property. <br />A. Provide private property owner's written, dated and signed consent for use of area to be used for the <br />outdoor business activity (e.g., a parking lot) by signing this application.
