DES:djk nq/26/95 (001/41) <br /> <br />"Hastings Unit 2 Technical Specifications", as well as the City's <br />specifications entitled "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood <br />City", adopted December 16, 1991, which plans and specifications <br />are on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby <br />approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br />which the above- mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />Hastings Unit 2 Subdivision", (form dated 06/26/95), a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4.
